God’s Greatest Christmas Gift For Humanity

2:00NOW PLAYINGAway in a Manger with Lyrics | Christmas Carol & SongChristmas Songs and Carols – Love to Sing12M views

God’s greatest gift to humanity is L-O-V-E!!! And ‘Love’ by any other name is JESUS CHRIST!!!

How can you become a recipient of this Gift?

Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.” John 4:10 (Explanation: This verse emphasizes God’s grace through Christ. Jesus gave his life and gave it freely.)

Also…

Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38

This Gift is to be shared…

I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong–that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.

What makes God’s Gift so special?…

But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many (mankind) died by the trespass of the one man (Adam), how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!

So, I reiterate once again…God’s greatest gift to humanity is L-O-V-E!!! And ‘Love’ by any other name is JESUS CHRIST!!!

MY PRAYER FOR YOU AND ALL OF MANKIND IS THIS…

Dear Holy and Everlasting Father, may every good and gracious gift given or received this Christmas be infused with steadfast faith, sincere hope and undying love that flows from heart to heart and from breast to breast. For it is by Your grace, heavenly Father, who gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish BUT have eternal life. Amen and Amen.

Scripture Lesson: “Now to Him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey Him”. Romans 16:25-26

“The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call Him Immanuel” – which means, “God with us.” Matthew 1:23

God Wants Your Thankfulness

Give thanks both in season and out of season.

Tell me something.  How do you come to the throne of Grace?  Are you on bended knee?  Is it during your meditation time?  Could it be only when you experience glad tidings?  Or are you one of those persons who only call on God when in a sarcastic mannerism (and forgive me for this expression) …when all hell breaks loose?

I’m serious!!!

Check yourself!!!

Be honest!!!

God’s Word says in 1st Thessalonians 5:18: “In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

So, what in the world did the Apostle Paul mean when he admonished the Thessalonians to be thankful in everything.  OOPS! Did you get that?  Go back and read it again.  The scripture says to give thanks IN everything…NOT…give thanks FOR everything.  So, yes, you are allowed to give thanks when all hell breaks loose.  That’s because sometimes mankind is so stubborn that God must make a donkey (I would rather use the euphemism for ‘donkey’, but this is a family-rated blog) speak to our willfulness.  (See Numbers 22:28-39.)

The Apostle Paul was saying that things could be worse.  That life is full of ups and downs.  But God is with us through it all.  I’m a witness to that very truth.  Once when I had to make a choice to either pay my monthly tithes to my church or to use the money to finance my next mission trip abroad, reluctantly I paid my tithes and unpacked my suitcase.  To my surprise, several members in the congregation who had funded some of my mission trips in the past, heard that I was not going on my next trip due to lack of finances, and they miraculously provided all the money I needed to make the journey to St Petersburg, Russia.

But that’s not the end of the story.  While in Russia, all hell broke loose.   I lost my wallet; fell down some unevenly constructed stairs, twice; made an awkward comment and displayed photos of my newly built church building in the USA to a Russian pastor who held his church under a bridge and who commented…what a waste… (he was referencing the expenses used on a building rather than in helping the poor and needy).  Bad scenes all around!  I should have stayed in bed!

But then, hope arrived!

Later, I realized how my actions and mishaps were drawing attention away from why my team had come to Russia in the first place.  We had come to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to extend compassion, love and supplies to the administrators and children at the orphan homes there that our USA organization supported.  I prayed for forgiveness for drawing attention to myself and asked God to temper my fate and order my steps in his service.  I ended my prayer by offering thanksgivings in knowing that all things work together for good to then that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  (Romans 8:28)

Hope floats!

My wallet was recovered.  It had fallen under my bed in my hotel and the housekeeper placed it on the nightstand in tack.  I learned not to display pictures of prosperity to those less fortunate while on mission trips.  I grew in grace, humility and strength while serving in this capacity.  I learned that we can be thankful in prosperity as well as adversity.  I realized that I had no reason to blame God or anyone else for my actions.  Knowing that Jesus Christ has reconciled us to God in everything.  And for that, I can rejoice.

The misunderstanding comes in those two words:  Give thanks IN everything vs. FOR everything.  So, my prayer for all my readers is that the Holy Spirit will make it possible for everyone to be thankful in all things.  Knowing that we will only be able to do this if our gratitude is anchored in You.  Amen and Amen!

Grateful…Grateful…Grateful…

Scripture Lesson: “Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Ephesians 5:19-20).

God Desires To Optimize Your Potential

America just finished celebrating a traditional holiday called Thanksgiving.  And no doubt, millions of households opened their doors to family, friends, relatives, and strangers to gather around a delicious meal and To engage in wholesome entertainment to give thanks and praises to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I should also mention that this annual national holiday is celebrated in Canada, too.  And the Canadians’ jubilance is the same as ours…eat, drink and be happy.  For both countries are setting aside time to revisit the abundant harvest and other blessings of the year gone by.

But did you know that consuming the traditional meal of turkey meat has acquired a false but bad reputation.  Oh, Yeah!  I believe it has something to do with ‘tryptophan’, an amino acid in the body that causes a person to become sleepy.  Take a listen to this two-minute video that explains everything.  You just might learn something.  I did.

Now that you’re back, let’s examine what you have just learned on Youtube and compare it to something God offers called ‘amino-Spirit‘, that after you consume it, it wakes people up, not put people to sleep!

In the Book of Acts 2:1-13, there is an event retold by Luke, the companion of Paul, that did just that. This Event woke people up. Luke enlightens us with a story that there was a group of God-fearing Jews from every nation assembled in the temple area on the Day of Pentecost in Jerusalem. They, too, were gathered to dine and to give thanks to God, when suddenly a violent Breath of wind came rushing in and shook the rafters of that place. We read where those people’s lives were so radically changed that they were awakened to a new lease on life and they were never the same thereafter. They could not blame their diet of eating turkey and drinking wine that made them drowsy, because it was an infusion of the newly dispensed Holy Spirit!

“All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.” (Acts 2:4)

On the contrary. Peter was so energized by this experience that though he was timid and afraid at first to acknowledge that he was a follower of Christ, he began to preach his head off and delivered a powerful sermon to the crowd that inspired more than 3,000 new souls to be added to the Way’s number. No, my beloveds, those in attendance were not gluttons and winebibbers, they were our ancestors laying the foundation for the celebration of our modern day Thanksgiving Day, which was further instituted by the Pilgrims in November 1621 and our Native American allies, including the Wampanoag Indian chief Massasoit.

I'm thankful for this Thanksgiving day!
Are you?

So, as you can see, the Holy Spirit not only changed Peter’s life, He has also dramatically changed the lives of many of us Born Again Saints. We have no excuse for not going into the highways and byways to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The One who has done so much for us and our loved ones. If we could just allow the Holy Spirit to change our lives, we would be a tremendous asset to the Kingdom of God.

My prayer for you is if the Holy Spirit has not brought a dramatic change in your life so far, just Ask and you, too, shall receive…Seek and you shall find…Knock and the door shall be opened unto you. I truly thank God for opening that door for me to come in and he certainly changed my life for the better. And I am confident he will do the same for you. So, now you understand why God desires to optimize your potential.

Scripture Lesson: “Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open mu mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel (Ephesians 6:18-19).

God Is Superior Over All

Earth Has No Sorrow That Heaven Can't Heal
“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21:4

Some weeks are harder than others. So, this week, I have been praying for strength, compassion, tolerance, and a word of enlightenment from the Holy Spirit to instruct me on how to bring comfort, peace and hope to all those who come my way, looking for some relief from life’s miserable dilemmas.  And it happened that during my quiet time, I distinctively heard a still small voice whisper, “Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal”.

What brought all of this on…it’s a sign of the times…

Now that the worldwide Covid-19 virus has morphed into a Delta variant, more and more people are becoming depressed and disillusioned.  Hardly a day goes by that someone in my sphere of influence does not approach me with a gloom and doomed report of a dear friend, family member, neighbor, loved one, a friend of a friend, or simply a news health statistic reminding us all that someone has died from Covid.  And now it is affecting our children. Since this unsolicited bit of information is dumped on me so often, I came to realize that if I am not careful, I will allow such conversations to infiltrate my spirit and cause me to become depressed, too.

(I had a scary thought…the enemy began taunting me by repeating…it’s your fault…it’s your fault! You had no business praying for your Maker to make you an instrument of his peace!)

That was the exact moment I knew it was time for me to have a little conversation with God using Scripture. Here is some of the reinforcement the Lord gave me.

Davis Sisters – He’ll Understand And Say Well Done – YouTube

After listening to that encouraging song, I recommitted myself and vowed to the Lord that I would continue researching the scriptures in order to fortify myself with the teachings of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, so that I might persevere in becoming a beacon light to all those who find themselves on the verge of giving up on life and the cares of this world.

At-a-girl, I heard the angles shout!  We knew all along that you were God’s salt-flavored seasoning to infuse the people on earth who were beginning to lose their saltiness.  You were meant to be a light in situations where darkness is creeping in.  You have been sat on a lamp stand in order to shine brightly.  You were meant to encourage other people to put their trust in Jesus and to remind them that there is no sorrow on earth that heaven cannot heal.  For by carrying this banner on your shoulders, you will find honor in the kingdom where the Lord has gone to prepare a place for you. For our God is superior over all!!

My prayer for you…

Dear Heavenly Father, your children sincerely thank you for calling them to become a beacon light in a dark and unbelieving world. Help them to love and assist all those who love You and desire to learn how to trust and depend wholly upon You and Your teachings. Instruct Your workers on how to pray more specifically for what they desire to accomplish through the aide of the Holy Spirit for their fellowman. If necessary, remind them that some things come only through prayer AND fasting. Teach them not to be afraid to rebuke the enemy and all other situations that are not according to Your will and Your ways. And when it is all said and done, my Lord, we will not forget to give You all the praise, all the honor, and all the glory until our traveling days are done. In Jesus’ Name we ask it all. Amen and Amen.

Scripture Lesson: “The Sovereign Lord has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught. The Sovereign Lord has opened my ears, and I have not been rebellious; I have not drawn back.Isaiah 50:4-5

God Is Good…All The Time!

Snoopy Givin Out Friday Hugs GIF - Snoopy GivinOutFridayHugs HaveAGreatWeekend GIFs
Bless me Oh Lord, for I have barked up the wrong tree. Woof!

Yes, even Snoopy receives blessings from the Lord sometimes. This week, I thought I would blog about a little humor in print. Why? Because that is how the Lord has dealt with me all week. God is not only GOOD…he has a sense of humor, too.

For the past few days, I have found myself day dreaming or just plain wondering about the most mundane things in my life. In between washing dishes, dusting, making up my bed and sweeping, I would pause…lean on the broom handle I was holding and ask God a simple question; Lord, where did I put that book of stamps I bought on Monday from the Post Office? He didn’t answer me right then.

Much later, after I had finished tidying up my apartment, I decided to wash a load of clothes. I went into the laundry room, moved the laundry basket closer to the washer and started to sort the clothes into the machine. All of a sudden, a silent voice in my head whispered, the stamps are in there. What? Who said that? The stamps are in where? What stamps?

Suddenly it hit me…I was holding a pair of slacks…just about ready to toss them in the washer…when I found myself digging down into each pocket. Sure enough…there in one of the pockets, was the newly purchased book of stamps! I looked up and shouted…found them. Thank you, Lord!

Yesterday, I was thinking to myself, Lord, it is time for me to start thinking about what I will write about in my blog for this week. My posts are getting good reviews each day, but I was wondering why my readers do not add their comments. Again…suddenly…I heard a still small voice that whispered the name of a good friend of mine. About an hour or two later, I said to myself…Let me call Dorothy and see how she is doing. Honestly, I did not connect my actions at that time to the earlier thought I had experienced.

As my friend and I engaged in small conversation, the subject of my blog came up and Dorothy asked me how she could add a comment to my blog if she so desired. She also did not know she could ‘follow’ me and automatically receive an email notice each time I posted a blog. WOW! I was shocked. Just then, it dawned on me that perhaps some of my other friends were not computer savvy either, and perhaps needed to be informed on how to leave comments or to automatically receive my blogs each week.

THEN I REMEMBERED JUST WHO HAD OPENED MY EYES AND WHO HAD HEARD MY INQUIRIES.

The moral of this story is…Take your burdens…both big and small…to the Lord and leave them there!

Scripture Lesson: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

God’s Gift…Today, Friday, January 1, 2021, Your New Beginning!

NEW BEGINNINGS FOR 2021

STOP! In the name of love…

Why are you praying that the new year will usher in a new order of business in the world?  Why are you filling up your calendar with new appointments that you hope will bring you different results than those appointments you engaged in during all those months in 2020?  Why are you making new resolutions when more than half of the ones you made in 2020 are still not accomplished?

BAH!!  HUMBUG!!  BOLDER DASH!!

Now, let’s get real.  Since your initial conversation/prayer is addressed to God, why not start off with a little praise and honor and thanksgiving.  Why not solicit his plans for your life to come.  Why not just be still for a moment and wait for him to acknowledge and examine your true heart desires.

Now, let’s start again…

Dear Heavenly Father, on bended knee I come to your sacred throne of grace, sincerely inquiring if You will open the windows of heaven and give me a glimpse of any new beginnings you have assigned to this mere mortal for the coming new year that history will record as 2021.

I am approaching Your throne of grace at this time so I can begin to examine my faith walk and repent of any and all disappointing thoughts and misdeeds that I might have committed against You.

For I truly want to faithfully and earnestly be a good steward over any and all assignments that You make me charge over.  I also want You to know that I cherish all of the tasks and obligations that came my way in the past, and hope with all my heart that I was found trustworthy and true.

Just knowing that in all things accomplished, whether with or without divine understanding, You and You alone was pleased with my efforts would bring comfort to my soul.  For I realize that You were with me then and that You will be with me in the year to come and that You will not fail me.

So, without any doubt or hesitation, I sing for joy and declare that I fully trust You with all of my tomorrows.

Amen and Amen!
To My Beloved, from God!

SCRIPTURE LESSON: “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! Psalm 139:5-6

God Is A Lifter Of My Head

Snowstorm in Northeast New England States in USA.

This morning I spared with God.  It happened just after I had finished my telephone devotional time with about 25 other believers from 6-7:00 a.m.  As I lay in bed at the conclusion of prayer time, I turned on my TV to listen to the early morning news.  The first report given was a weather update on the first big snowstorm descending on the upper northeastern states.  I heard the weather announcer say something like this: “Reports are coming in that due to the heavy snowstorm and the automobile pile ups on the highways, the delivery of the Covid-19 vaccine might be delayed.”

WHAT? I exclaimed as I sat up in bed.  No, my Lord, no!  How could You do this?  You just unshackled the government, endowed scientific and medical minds to perfect the vaccine, empowered the regulator committees to approve the vaccine, and harnessed the transportation systems to deliver the vaccine to the first defenders, nursing homes and critical masses.  Now look what You have gone and done! Manufactured more delays. What’ssss Up!

By this time, I was under the covers hiding…expecting God to zap me at any moment.  I glanced to my right and to my left to see if the strong presence I was feeling was to become a live aberration and Jesus Christ Himself would appear with a rod in His hand.  I stayed hidden under the blanket for a while, eyes wide open, nervously unsettled, listening for a squeak in the floorboards, expecting a soft breeze to flutter through my bedroom from the closed windows…and then I regretfully and quietly whispered an apologetic prayer.

“Forgive me Lord, for I have sinned. I changed lanes.  I forgot this was a one-way street.  And You and You alone have the right of way.”

After sliding out from under the covers, I immediately grabbed one of my devotional books and turned, without faltering, to pages 152 and 154 of Susie Larson’s devotional book entitled Blessings For Women (Sub-titled, ‘Words of Grace and Peace for Your Heart’). There I discovered the following 2 verses:

“The Lord gives his people strength.  The Lord blesses them with peace.”  Psalm 29:11 NLTHumble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up in honor.”  James 4:10 NLT

That’s all the Holy Spirit conveyed to me.  That was His complete conversational message. Thus sayeth the Lord…He did not scold me are zap me dead.  He just commended me for returning back into my own lane and allowing God to do His thing.  Once again, I was reminded that God and God alone is in control of this pandemic business, and it ain’t over until He says it’s over. Amen!

Scripture Lesson: “But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me, my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. Psalm 3:3 KJV

God Stretches People Like Rubber Bands

I’ve got to empty this closet. With it’s rent money, I could donate to a non profit.

At first, I didn’t realize what was happening to me. I did not know that God was in the mix. But when I finally sat down at my computer last night to write my weekly blog, I heard His voice loud and clear. “It’s not about you, my child, it’s about Me!”

Right then and there, our conversation started…

“What’s that you said, My Lord?  Were you talking to me?  Wait.  Wait.  Let me get my head on straight.  I hope I haven’t kept you waiting too long.”

To be honest, I had not prayed like Jabez.  You know that guy in the Bible who prayed for God to enlarge his territory.  But I had been thinking about and agonizing over those families the news commentators were highlighting in stories about the loss of jobs and empty pantries, and homelessness.  I had asked the Lord to search my heart and show me where I could tighten my belt and dig a little deeper to share some of my blessings with those in need.

The first thing the Holy Spirit did right after Thanksgiving was to urge me to start getting ready for Christmas.  I had no idea why.   So, with little thought, I went to my rented storage room and began to pull out storage bins filled with brand new gifts I had received over the years and brand new items I intended to give away but never did.  My eyes got big.  My heart started pounding.  I was surprised at the ‘stash’ I had collected over the years.

How does that taste.

Next, I uncovered bags of brand new Christmas wrapping paper, tissue paper, ribbons and stickers and gift boxes in all sizes.  In the corner of the closet were some never-before-used Christmas tree ornaments and lights.  Good googly-woogly I thought, I can start a Hobby Lobby Store with all this stuff.  “Those are not your thoughts,” I heard a small voice in my head say.  “That was Me,” said the Lord!

It took me several trips to cart all that stuff from the storage unit to down the hall to my apartment.  But with a great big smile, I managed it.  With every step, I was thinking, I know what I am going to do.  Since Covid-19 has all of us seniors pinned down here in our apartments, and nobody is going out to do much shopping, I’ll hold a flea market sale in the lobby and turn ‘trash’ into a ‘treasure’ for someone who can appreciate shopping in safety.

Thank you. You made my day.

In the ensuing days, I heard that my church was also sponsoring a clothing drive for all ages, including furniture and small household items.  They were also collecting on behalf of Mission Arlington.  So I also joined their efforts because Mission  Arlington would be providing a truck to come to the church after the clothing drive to receive everything.

May I suggest, the very next time you handle a rubber band…stretch it…look up…and say…”Lord, do me like you did that blogging lady.”  You too, can make somebody’s day.

God Has A Sweet Tooth…I mean, A Discerning Nose

“All I Want For Christmas Is More And More Of You, Lord”

Legend has it (according to Google) that in 1670 a choirmaster named Mr. Schildhaus, who conducted young singers at the Cologne Cathedral in Germany decided to entice them to remain quiet during the Living Creche ceremony (dialogue only, no singing) by awarding them with a stick of homemade sugar candy. On a whim, and in honor of the occasion, he bent the candies into shepherds’ crooks. To learn how the crooked candy cane gets filled with a peppermint stripe, click the website below, next click the peppermint picture, then watch the 2 minute Youtube video.

https://www.history.com/player/21088928?autoplay=true

THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN

Well, I had a short conversation with the Holy Spirit and He revealed to me that human beings are not the only ones who use a cane for correction and sweet morsels to pacify. He reminded me of something God set in order before the beginning of time.

For it is written in Exodus 30:23 (RS Version) the manner in which the Israelites should atone for their sins against God. The statute explains how the Israelites were to take their finest spices and perfumes (including cane) and mix them with olive oil and anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them so that they might serve God as his priests. God himself refers back to this particular form of atonement when he reprimands his people Israel when they were unfaithful:

“You have not brought me your sheep for burnt offerings, or honored me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with offerings, or wearied you with frankincense. You have not bought the sweet cane with money, or satisfied me with the fat of your sacrifices. But you have burdened me with your sins. You have wearied me with your iniquities.” Isaiah 43:23-24 Revised Standard Version

So, during this Yuletide Season, let us all remember how closely connected our dear Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is aligned to the Evergreen tree (they nailed Him to a tree); to the newly born (the manner in which He entered the world and the state we must become (as a little child) to receive all of His glorious wonders); the elaborate gifts (we were bought with a price); His journey into Egypt (our life of darkness prior to seeing the light); His journey out of Egypt and baptism into His ministry; our journey out of darkness and baptism by the gift of the Holy Spirit readying us for discipleship; and finally the sweet aroma of the cane preferred by God as an atonement for disobedience; and our penchant for the taste of sweet peppermint to remind us that Jesus is the reason for the season.

ALLOW GOD TO BLESS YOU WITH MORE AND MORE OF HIM

Finally, my friends, my prayer for you today is that you all rediscover Christmas anew. When you dress up in your ugly Christmas sweaters, be reminded to unravel the ugliness that is harbored deep down in your souls. Also, when you wrap those Christmas gifts to send to loved ones, remember to also wrap hope in sunshine and allow your message to penetrate somebody’s dark cloud of despair. And last but not least, when in that shopping check-out line, look backwards into the basket behind you, lift out an item and ask if you can be a blessing today with God’s goodness (even if it means you putting something of yours back on the shelf). Become a candy cane with a sweet aroma and a sweet taste in the mouth of someone to lift the spirits of a total stranger. Amen!

(What ?) God Is Leaving You

Finding Solitude and Privately Communing With God

May I ask you 4 questions…no, maybe 5?

Are you in communication with God on a regular basis?  In your relationship with him, has he promised you certain experiences by his might and all-performing hand?  Has God communicated to you that he will rescue you or a loved one from the jaws of the adversary?  If so, please remember this if all of his promises have not yet been fulfilled:

“I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.  I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to the land.”
Genesis 28:15

And another thing…

During this virus pandemic that noted scientist have cloned Covid-19, if it has run amuck throughout your family and friends both near and afar, hold on to this promise, too:

“I will not leave you as orphans.  I will come to you.”
John 14:18

There is more…

Do you find yourself on the receiving end of charity and asking creditors for concessions or lenience during your financial crises?  Are landlords and or financial institutions threatening legal action against you; especially now that you are without employment?  There is no consideration given you even though you have always paid your bills on time.  No compassion given that you have made it a habit to share your lot with the less fortunate all your life!  Well, be reassured that God knows all, and he says:

The wicked lie in wait for the righteous, seeking their very lives; but the Lord will not leave them in their power or let them be condemned when brought to trial.”
Psalm 37:32

God sure ‘nuf sees this next plea…

Have you been down on your knees since February 2020, bombarding heaven’s throne; partitioning God to make it plain about lessons his people have failed to realize?  Have you searched the scriptures for comfort and direction and come away wanting?  Have you done everything, including standing in front of your mirror and pointing your extended thumb on your fisted hand backwards?  My comforting words to you are just this; hold on to God’s unchanging hand and remember what he says:

“I am leaving you with a gift of peace of mind and heart.  And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give.  So, don’t be troubled or afraid.”
John 14:27

Last question…

Do you believe that your life has a goal?  If so, can you identify your goal?  Have you declared “Yes” to your goal?  Especially if your goal is a spiritual one.  Now comes the hard part!  Do you know how to bring your goal to fruition?  Listen prayerfully to the lyrics of the song below: than read the scripture below:

“Let your manner of living be without covetousness, and be content with such things as ye have.  For He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”;
Hebrews 13:5

Scripture Lesson: For strength, please memorize all scriptures given in this blog.
